Support for healthy eating habits that fuel your body and mind. We can provide full nutritionist services to qualified clients, including diet plans with specific calorie and macro targets & we can provide general awesome diet and nutritional information to everyone!

Health isn't only about lifting weights and eating clean. You gotta live a little & reflect upon that life. We work with you to find a healthy outlet for whatever it is that you want to work through, Sometimes all you need is a buddy at the gym.

FAQs

What are my training options?

We offer individual, small group training at multiple convenient healthclub locations. We also offer the option for in-your-home or online personal training & any combination of the three! We are available from 6am till 10pm & have availability on weekends. So, while time is a limiting factor for the bounds of reality, it should not be a limiting factor in your health or the bounds of your waistline.

Where are you located?

Training happens at either the glooooorious house of gains, Alpha Fitness in either Ledgewood or Newton, NJ, or in your home. There will likely be less chalk dust and no 100lb weight plates at your house, but hey, ya never know! If you choose to workout at Alpha, they will have all the equipment and much more. If you choose to workout at home, we will bring you all that you need to get an effective workout in.

Who are your trainers?

Our personal trainers hold NCCA accredited certifications, with specialties in fitness nutrition, orthopedic exercise, senior fitness, weight management, behavior change and youth fitness. It's important that your trainer have a solid understanding of human physiology and bio mechanics; how to train muscular, neuromuscular and cardio-pulmonary systems; & most importantly, when to STOP training in the interest of the client. Not all trainers are the same. Ask if YOUR trainer is CPR certified and has an accreditation from the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)

Do you offer discounts?

Of course! Packages are a great way to save over buying individual sessions & the more sessions that you invest in, the more you save! We always offer 20% discounts to seniors & veterans. Subscribe to the newsletter & follow us on the socials for more discounts when they pop up. Don't forget, the first session is free!

How to schedule sessions?

You can schedule directly through the website anytime, or you can reach out to us via email, text, or phone 9am-9pm.

What is your training philosophy?

We focus on balancing the body to help you move well now and in the future. Training should start with a solid base. We want you to have good kinetic chain mobility with a healthy base of cardio-pulmonary function. We incorporate breath patterning, joint mobility, stretching & balance work into every workout. We will work with you to develop healthy diet and exercise patterns and programs that work with your life & lifestyle. We provide the tools to put in your toolkit - you provide the work.

Who should not workout?

Anyone who is not medically cleared by a doctor or has been diagnosed with or is experiencing any of the symptoms of any condition of the heart, lungs or kidneys needs to seek medical clearance before exercising. If you have recently had any procedure or surgery, you should ask your doctor if it's safe to start a diet and/or exercise program with a fitness & nutrition professional.

Serving Sussex and Morris Counties with sessions at Alpha Fitness in Ledgewood and Newton, plus in-home and online options. First session at Alpha is always free!
